How meaningful is your work? On an individual level, meaningful work promotes better job satisfaction, motivation, and occupational health. What part does leadership play in the sense of meaningfulness? In this tutorial, you’ll develop your own attitudes and your sense of meaningfulness, as well as the ability to encounter others around you and be yourself.
